Monthly retainer services can be cancelled by either party with written notice at least 14 days before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made after that.
Projects may be cancelled in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable; any prepaid amount for work not yet started is refunded.
If we fail to deliver an agreed service, you may request a refund of the fees for the undelivered portion within 30 days of the invoice date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Fees for services already performed and third-party costs (such as advertising spend paid to platforms) are non-refundable.
