These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services provided by Novarynlabs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
We provide digital marketing services including paid social advertising management, ecommerce store setup, email marketing and creative production. The scope, deliverables, fees and timeline of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or service agreement accepted by the client.
Fees are stated in the proposal and invoiced in advance for retainers or according to the agreed milestones for projects. Third-party costs, such as advertising spend or software subscriptions, are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue or advertising results.
Clients must provide accurate information, the necessary account access and materials, and must ensure their products and content comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them. We may retain general know-how and tools.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
